Cost Estimate

In order to create an accurate budget for the project, phases one and two need to be completed. The retained Washington, D.C. architecture firm will prepare a budget once the site is confirmed and the design is approved.

Initial estimates to complete the project are in the $600,000 to $800,000 range. U.S. Law prohibits the use of federal dollars for the erection of a memorial in Washington, D.C., therefore only private or state dollars can be used.
